Great question - and a complicated one, so we're glad you asked! First off, you should know that “all-natural” product claims can be very misleading because there’s no official government organization that endorses the term, much less pinpoints a specific definition for it. Translation: it’s most likely pure marketing.
That being said, all of our products were developed carefully with the safest ingredients, rid of potential carcinogens, endocrine disruptors, irritants and allergens.
Our products are appropriate for all skin types. However, we specifically develop our products to better fit the warm and humid tropics climate in Southeast Asia. they’re also hypoallergenic, non-irritating, and paraben free.
The majority of our products have a 3 year shelf life. The expiration date will be located on the bottom of the box packaging. Once you begin using the product, we recommend finishing it within a 12 month period but we think you’ll love them so much that this won’t even be an issue.
No. We’ve never conducted, commissioned or paid for any tests on animals when it comes to ingredients, formulations or finished products, and we promise never to do so in the future!

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1pm MYT are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here in Malaysia will take 1-4 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your order confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via email@example.com. We can give you the inside info.

If you're technologically savvy, you can begin the return process by logging into your account and view your Order History. For items that are eligible for return, you will be able to select Return Item(s). Please follow the prompted steps to complete the Returns Process.
Your satisfaction is great value to us. If there is an issue with your order, product must be returned unused and in its original condition received to be eligible for a refund or exchange. A return shipping fee and/or restocking fee will be charged.
If the product is defective or an order mistake made by us, simply return them to us within 14 days of purchase date of your order for a full refund. No return charges will charged for this matter. Full refunds will be credited back on the card you paid with, minus original shipping charges.
Please note, sale items and gift sets cannot be returned or exchanged. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice.
